30-Day Return Policy

 

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at bluetonguelabs@outlook.com.

Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue.

For damaged or incorrect items, we will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

 

General Conditions for Returns

 

Unopened Items Only

 

Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened edible or ingestible products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

 

Unopened

Unused

In its original packaging

In the same condition you received it

 

Opened Products

 

If your product has been opened and you are unsatisfied, please contact us. We will review your situation and may offer a solution, which could include a partial refund or replacement depending on the circumstances.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any return or refund request.

 

Return Shipping Costs

 

Customers are responsible for paying the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Processing Fee

 

A $4 processing fee will be deducted from all approved refunds.

 

Non-Returnable Items


We cannot accept returns for:

 

Opened consumable products

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale or promotional items

Refunds


Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus the $4 processing fee.

Please note: your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
